1st YEAR ADMISSION - 2009-10
The
provisionally selected candidates are required to submit the following documents / certificates in original and attested true copies at the time of admission:
Statement of Marks and certificate for Bachelor's Degree Examination (i.e. the qualifying Degree examination). Candidates who have appeared for final year degree examination has to submit the Marksheet up to 30th September, 2009.

Date of Birth.

Nationality Certificate (The School Leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as "Indian". Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.

Work Experience Certificate, if any.
7.
Gap Certificate if graduated before March / April / May 2009.
8.
Any other relevant documents.

Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs. 1,75,000/- in favour of "Chetana's Institute of Management & Research", payable at Mumbai. Timing for payment of fees 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. (Lunch Time: 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm). Except Sundays & Bank Holidays.
The last date for payment of fees is 27th August, 2009 by 5:00 pm.
Inaugural Session will be held on 27th August at 9:30 am in the New Building Auditorium (Ground Floor). Attendance in compulsory.
