The introductory session was conducted by Area chair Systems, Prof. Shilpa Kajbaje on the importance of Systems specialization in various business domains. Various profiles, current IT Trends and cross functional role of Systems managers as a part of Digital strategy for the business was also highlighted during the session.
Students were introduced to all the courses they would be pursuing in semester three and the focus of these courses. Students were also given exposure to the new trends and relevance of these trends to the current Business needs with respect to current scenario and the future changes.

This brilliant session on use of technology for scaling up the business was conducted by Mr. Vinay Hinge, Managing Partner, VH Consulting. The topic was covered up with key points like the difference between good and bad manager with lucid examples. The session even covered up the importance of having knowledge about development tools and databases.
Sir, also explained about the IAAS with relative example of Indian Railways, where he discussed about the operational and functional part of it. Further, how curiosity can drive one towards learning was effortlessly highlighted by him. Some of the examples included Smart driving AI clinic, Smart elevators, Accurate diagnosis and many more. He also briefed students with some of IOT concepts and its industrial application with the use of machine learning.
Later on Mrs Swati Singh, Specialist consultant of LTI gave a insights about IKIGAI concepts. The journey of management trainee from junior to senior position was discussed later with various suggestions for certification in IOT and Relational database management system. Students were also given exposure to the new trends and relevance of these trends to the current Business needs with respect to current scenario and the future changes.

The beautiful session was conducted by Mr. Bharat Kulkarni who is State President of MSME confederation, to understand the importance of the buzz word Fintech. Session was very insightful and very useful towards interview preparation for various fintech companies. In this session student also got an idea about how technology is changing the Finance world by its influence.
Sir, has also introduced us towards the significance of technology in the financial firms. In this session we also understand how the crowdfunding platforms, Robo-advisers, Insuretech and regtech, Mobile payments and lending using the new technologies like AI, ML and Blockchain.
Mr. Bharat also focused on what will be the future of the fintech and how the Covid positively affected the process of fintech market and helped to Banking 4.0 to increase in the industry.

The workshop was conducted by Data Analyst, Mr. Umesh Chaudhari on Tableau for three consecutive days. Sir highlighted on importance of visualization tool and gave insights on certification courses for making us industry ready.
Students were introduced to Tableau - Why Tableau, Comparison with other business intelligence tools, Tableau public profile, and tableau installation. How Tableau is better than Power BI in market place. Sir guided and helped students in designing different sorts of charts such as bar graphs, scatter plots, pie charts, and cumulative frequency charts, explored Tableau's many capabilities. Converted a provided quantity to a needed quantity, and connected to live data. Implemented dashboard with several sorts of charts and graphs.
The session was helpful in understanding how pivot tables of Tableau makes job easy, creating graphs, charts, formatting and finally creating dashboard.

Sir has great 14 years work experience of Test manager/ Scrum master in industry. Also have significant experience of software deliver at client location and customer relationship management. Sir also has worked in HCL technology, Travelex, JPMorgan Chase and Atos. Expertise in product development and software delivery of both in traditional as well as agile methodology, predominantly in BFSI domain.
The session, Sir conducted a workshop full of knowledge on the test cases management with Jira/ALM for a powerful work management tool for all kinds of use cases. In which he briefs about all the requirements and test cases management to agile software development.
Students got insight to the profile, roles and responsibilities of tester and also got families with testing terms and understood working and importance of ALM work management tool. Students got knowledge with the terms of testing, test case management, knowledge about ALM tools, brief information of automation and manual testing, etc.

An insightful session was conducted by Mr. Ameya Abhyankar, Founder and Lead Trainer at FinQuest Analysis on Financial Analytics for Finance and Systems students.
Sir talked about Traditional Finance vs. Financial analytics and gave us detailed insights to buzz word financial analytics. Sir covered the importance of statistics, regression, probability, high-margin business automation, technology – big data, ML, AI, robo advisors, etc. in finance domains. Sir also explained us the use of data mining in strategic decision-making, benefits and drawbacks of algorithm trading.
Sir guided us on skills necessary for applying AI in Finance. Sir also covered Regression model analysis and how it help in scalability, reusability, automation, saving cost and reducing burden.
